Every licensee gets it at the same instant. Everywhere.

Quincy Fabric is the global, synchronized, equal access distribution platform for licensors. One onboarding. Every kind of market participant, from historical files to the lowest latency path.

The problem

Email, FTP, and the open internet are not enough. They deliver data eventually, to whoever is set up to fetch it, with no guarantee about when.

Ordinary multicast released from a single point is not equal. Whoever sits nearest the release point reads it first, and everyone else learns to pay for proximity instead of paying for the data.

Dispersion raises the barrier to entry and slows licensee adoption. Each new licensee builds its own path to your release point before it can use what it licensed.

What the fabric carries

If it can be licensed, the fabric can release it to everyone at once.

Historical files, end of day, intraday, real time, and the lowest latency path share one onboarding and one entitlement model.

Your control

You keep full control of the data life cycle. Data goes only where you choose, only to licensed parties, and the record of who received what is yours. Three ways to engage, all of them equalized distribution as a service.

Exclusive channel

Quincy Fabric operates a release channel for you alone. Your entitlements, your release schedule, your name on the delivery.

Join the fabric

Your data becomes one more entitlement on a platform your future licensees already connect to. One cross connect carries many licensed datasets to an entitled customer, so your reach is theirs on day one.

Equalize what you already run

Keep your contracts and your delivery. We add the synchronized, equalized layer underneath, on your campus and across the fabric. For exchanges and ATS venues that includes order entry.

Why it grows your revenue

Lower customer barriers to entry
A licensee connects once and receives your release where it already operates. No private build-out before the first byte of value.
Broader reach
Participants who would never engineer a path to your release point become licensees, because the path is already there.
No burden on you or the data center
Quincy Fabric carries the connectivity, the synchronization, and the entitlement enforcement. The rights holder licenses. The data center operator hosts. Nothing else changes.

Hollow core and solid core equalization

Equal access means every customer on the campus receives the release at the same moment, wherever their cabinet sits. The usual way to get there is to pad the short paths with spooled fiber until they match the longest one, and to rebuild the spools when the campus changes.

Quincy Fabric equalizes digitally. Every path is measured and the release is timed so that every cabinet receives it on the same instant. When a building connects, the boundary is solved again around the new furthest point. No spools, no rebuild.

Hollow core fiber is optional. Light moves through it roughly 1.5 times faster than through solid core, so running it to the far buildings lowers latency for the whole equalized set while the physical footprint keeps growing. Equal either way. Faster with hollow core.

The boundary is a line of equal delay, not equal distance. A building across the street can sit outside it until it is connected, and a building further away can sit inside it.

Both directions. For exchanges and ATS venues.

The same boundary that equalizes market data out of your matching engine equalizes order entry into it. Every participant's quote and every participant's order cross the ring on equal terms, with the same timestamps. One onboarding, both directions, and the same no-touch growth as the campus adds buildings.
